Real-Estate Valuations
Real estate valuation is the process of developing an opinion of value for specific property - Market value.
Market value – the estimated amount for which an asset or liability should exchange on the valuation date between a willing buyer and a willing seller in an arm's length transaction, after proper marketing and where the parties had each acted knowledgeably, prudently and without compulsion.

Project Monitoring
Integral part of the project management. We provides understanding of the progress of the project so that appropriate actions can be taken when the performance deviates significantly from the planned path.
